Today we had intended to visit Galleria Borghese but we got there too late because our watches were off by 1 hour and thus missed our reservations. So, instead we headed to the Vatican, which we missed yesterday due to going to the airport.

Today we decided to go to the airport since no one at British Airways was returning our calls and we couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone.

Today, we tried calling the phone numbers given to us to find out the status of our luggage but only got recordings so after leaving a message, we headed out to explore Rome.

Today was a very hectic day. First of all, I would like to say that I would not recommend anyone fly British Airways or even going through Heatherow, London. Not only does British Airways pack their seats in as close as they can on their international flights, but they also keep you totally in the dark.

Unluckily for us, Heathrow airport was opening its new Terminal 5 today and although there were plenty of airline personnel around no one seem to know what was going on.
