After surviving the long flight home from Hartford, CT to Seattle , WA and multiple airport closings, I arrived in town during the worst winter storm that Seattle has had since the 90s. So I left between two snow storms in the northeast and arrived during two snow storms in the northwest.

This is our last week before a two-week break for the Christmas holidays. We were given many additional assignments to work on during the break so there is not much time to rest and have fun.

This week started off with more business, digital imaging, portrait studio, and commercial studio classes. We also had 10-15 minute presentations that we had to present about different types of photography careers. These presentations were given from the stage in the school’s auditorium with audiovisual equipment and microphones for familiarization.

Back from Thanksgiving break, everyone (or at least most everyone) was excited about flying this week for our Aerial Photography assignment. We also started shooting tethered in the Portrait Studio this week.
